笔者在检验中遇到某单位的1台进口铸铁锅炉,投用于2002年11月,以天然气为燃料,水处理方式采用锅外软化处理;额定参数为:额定热功率0.139MW,额定工作压力0.35MPa,额定出口温度95℃;运行参数为:实际工作压力不超过0.2MPa,实际出口温度60℃~70℃。此台锅炉在2009年冬季供暖期间,锅炉中部位置的一块铸铁炉片因产生穿透性裂纹而泄漏,导致该锅炉停止运行。笔者通过在实验室内对缺陷炉片的检验检测,分析了铸铁炉片产生裂纹的原因,并提出了相应的防范措施和铸铁炉片在设计、制造上的建议。
I encountered in the inspection of a unit of imported cast iron boilers, cast for November 2002 to natural gas as fuel, water treatment methods using softening pot; rated parameters: rated thermal power 0.139MW, rated working pressure 0.35MPa, rated outlet temperature of 95 ℃; operating parameters: the actual working pressure does not exceed 0.2MPa, the actual outlet temperature of 60 ℃ ~ 70 ℃. During the winter heating in 2009, a piece of cast iron grate in the middle of the boiler leaked due to a penetrating crack that caused the boiler to stop operating. The author analyzes the reason of cracks in the cast iron grate by testing and inspecting the grate in the lab and puts forward the corresponding precautionary measures and suggestions on the design and manufacture of the cast iron grate.
