针对目前监测与诊断系统的不足,在分析FMS多发性故障机理的基础上,提出了一种柔性制造环境下基于质量控制的状态监测与故障诊断集成系统的实现方法。着重介绍了监测与诊断策略。该系统经过实验验证,表明了其有效性与合理性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the current monitoring and diagnosis system, this paper presents a method to realize the integrated system of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis based on quality control in flexible manufacturing environment based on the analysis of the mechanism of multiple faults in FMS. Emphasis is placed on monitoring and diagnostic strategies. The system has been experimentally verified, indicating its effectiveness and rationality.
