五年前,徐汇区教育局在长桥地区开办一所以“徐汇”命名的实验小学,并由汇师小学通过委派办学顾问、教研联动、资源共享等形式对徐汇实验小学进行委托管理。根据区教育局等三方协议,汇师小学将委托管理分成两步走,前三年,即2011年开始,主要是结合徐汇实验小学的实际,将汇师的一些办学理念、办学精神、办学要求、办学方法等,陆续带给实验小学,同时充分发挥这所新办小学自身的力量和积极性。后三年,即2014年9月开始,汇师小学为进一步加强委托管理的针对性和实效性,主要聚焦了徐汇实验小学的内涵发展,办学品质的提升,特别
