1 临床资料病例 1,某女 ,6 3岁 ,生育 2子 2女 ,大便困难 1年 ,加重半年。 3～ 4ｄ大便 1次 ,大便干 ,排便困难 ,需手按下腹协助排便 ,无直肠脱出肛外。ｘ ｒａｙ排粪检查 :肛上距 4 0ｍｍ ,直肠前突 19ｍｍ ,直肠粘膜内套叠。动态钡透 :2 4ｈ全达结肠 ,4ｄ排出钡剂 ,诊为结肠
1 clinical data Case 1, a woman, 6 3 years old, 2 children 2 children, stool 1 year, increased six months. 3 ~ 4d stool 1, dry stool, defecation difficulties, need to press the abdomen to help defecation, no rectal prolapse outside the anus. x ray defecation examination: 40mm anorectal distance, rectocele 19mm, intussusception within the mucosa. Dynamic Barium: 2 4h up to the colon, 4d discharge of barium, diagnosed with colon
