目的探讨MR在直肠癌术前T分期的应用价值。方法对37例直肠癌术前患者的MR影像资料进行T分期,与手术病理T分期组织学结果进行对比分析。结果 MR对直肠癌患者术前T分期符合率为88.5%,T1~T4期诊断的准确率分别为75%、90.1%、88.9%、100%。结论 MR能够对直肠癌患者术前较准确T分期。 Objective To investigate the value of MR in preoperative T staging of rectal cancer. Methods 37 cases of preoperative patients with rectal cancer MR imaging data were T-staging, and pathological T staging histological results were compared. Results The coincidence rate of MR for preoperative T stage of rectal cancer was 88.5%. The diagnostic accuracy of T1 ~ T4 was 75%, 90.1%, 88.9% and 100% respectively. Conclusion MR can be accurate for patients with rectal cancer before T staging.
