马强,1979年5月生于陕西省神木县。1999年毕业于山西省汾阳师范美术班,2002年毕业于陕西省师范大学美术系美术教育专业。现任神木县职教中心艺术系副主任。
Ma Qiang, born in May 1979 in Shenmu County, Shaanxi Province. He graduated from Fenyang Normal Fine Arts Class in Shanxi Province in 1999 and graduated from Fine Arts Department of Fine Arts Department of Shaanxi Normal University in 2002. He is currently the deputy director of the art department of Shenmu County Vocational Education Center.
