脐血含丰富的造血干/祖细胞,是造血干细胞移植重要资源之一。有关脐血移植国内外学者做了多方面的研究[1],笔者对本院1例ＨＬＡ完全相合脐血移植后血型抗原及抗体转变情况做连续观察,结果报告如下。1　病例简介　　患者,男,11岁,1997年2月因急性粒细胞白血病(ＡＭＬ-Ｍ2ａ)并脑 Cord blood is rich in hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells and is one of the important resources for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The domestic and foreign scholars on umbilical cord blood transplantation have done a lot of research [1]. The author made a continuous observation of the blood group antigen and antibody conversion after HLA-competent umbilical cord blood transplantation in our hospital. The results are reported below. 1 Case brief Patient, male, 11 years old, February 1997 due to acute myeloid leukemia (AML-M2a) and brain
