以B210P1(一种加磷高强度冷轧、无间隙原子高强度钢)、B280VK(一种碳素冷连轧、双相钢钢板)高强度钢板为研究对象,采用物理试验与数值模拟相结合的方法研究了主要力学性能参数(σs、K、n、r)对材料拉深成形性能的影响。对比物理模拟和数值模拟:对于拉伸试验所得到的材料性能参数,采用ETA/DYNAFORM软件进行数值模拟试验能有效预测材料的拉深成形性能。
