采用高温固相反应合成了(ZnLa)BO3:Mn2+、Eu3+和(CdLa)BO3:Mn2+、Ce3+的光致发光材料.研究了激活剂和敏化剂的浓度.进行了X射线粉末实验,并且求得了发光粉样的颗粒大小.
The (ZnLa) BO3: Mn2 +, Eu3 + and (CdLa) BO3: Mn2 +, Ce3 + photoluminescent materials were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction. The concentrations of activators and sensitizers were studied. An X-ray powder experiment was carried out and the particle size of the luminescent powder was determined.
