传统贸易环境技术效应研究忽略了对外贸易知识溢出对环境的影响。本文对经典环境库兹涅茨曲线嵌入知识溢出变量,基于非物化型知识空间溢出属性将其在空间维度扩展成非线性结构,检验对外贸易知识溢出环境技术效应的空间差异性及环境污染与经济增长关系的空间二分性。结果表明:环境污染与辖域内、外经济增长同时构成倒U型关系,但人均收入水平还未逾越能激发清洁生产技术自主创新的“拐点”;对外贸易知识溢出的环境技术效应具有显著的空间差异性,其中辖域内物化型知识溢出引致的生产规模效应大于非物化型知识溢出引致的资源集约效应,辖域内贸易环境技术效应为负;非物化型知识跨区域溢出在辖域以外的其他地区引致资源集约效应,辖域外贸易环境技术效应为正。本文建议发展中国家应注重利用对外贸易知识溢出改善环境质量。
The study of technical effects of traditional trade environment ignores the environmental impact of knowledge spillover from foreign trade. This paper embeds knowledge spillover variables into the classical Kuznets curve, expands it into a nonlinear structure based on the spillover properties of the non-materialized knowledge spillover, and examines the spatial differences in technical effects of foreign trade knowledge spillovers and environmental pollution and economy The Dichotomy of the Growth Relationship. The results show that the environmental pollution and the economic growth both inside and outside the jurisdiction constitute inverted U-shaped relationship at the same time, but the per capita income level has not yet exceeded the “inflection point” that can stimulate independent innovation of cleaner production technology; the environmental technology effect of knowledge spillover of foreign trade is significant The spatial scale effect of materialized knowledge spillovers in the area of jurisdiction is larger than the resource intensive effect caused by the spillover of non-materialized knowledge, and the technical effect of the trade environment in the area is negative. The non-materialized knowledge overflows beyond the area of jurisdiction Other regions led to the intensive resource effect, and the technical effect of the foreign trade environment under the jurisdiction was positive. This paper suggests that developing countries should pay attention to utilizing the knowledge spillover of foreign trade to improve the quality of the environment.
