1 MELSEC网络在长城铝业公司的应用中国长城铝业公司(原郑州铝厂)是国家大型企业,年生产氧化铝90万吨,年利润上亿元。公司下属单位主要包括氧化铝厂、电解厂、热力厂、碳素厂等许多下属分厂。公司生产规模大、控制监测点数多、位置分散,生产数据不能及时、准确地为各级调度和领导掌握,严重影响了生产管理。建立一个公司级规模的生产调度网络系统势在必行。因此,从1988年开始,我们就着手进行调研和选型。经过多方调查和对比之后,决定选用日本三菱公司的MELSEC-A系列PLC,来构建公司的氧化铝物理量网络系统。最初使用的是MELSEC网络模式,随着生产要求的进一步提高。1995年对系统进行了升级换代,平滑过渡到MELSEC-Ⅱ混合模式。最近又正在准备再一次升级到MELSEC-10网络模式。
1 MELSEC network in the Great Wall Aluminum Company China Great Wall Aluminum Company (former Zhengzhou Aluminum Plant) is a large state-owned enterprises, the annual production of 900,000 tons of alumina, the annual profit of 100 million yuan. Subsidiary companies mainly include alumina plant, electrolysis plant, thermal plant, carbon plant and many other subordinate plants. Large-scale production companies, control and monitoring points and more scattered locations, production data can not be timely and accurate scheduling and leadership at all levels, seriously affecting the production management. It is imperative to establish a company scale production scheduling network system. Therefore, since 1988, we have started to conduct research and selection. After many investigations and comparison, the decision to use Japan’s Mitsubishi MELSEC-A series PLC, to build the company’s physical network of alumina. The initial use of the MELSEC network model, with the further improvement of production requirements. In 1995 the system was upgraded, smooth transition to MELSEC-Ⅱ mixed mode. Recently, it is preparing to upgrade to MELSEC-10 network mode again.
