本文对20CrMnTi钢锻造齿坯普通正火处理的缺陷作了分析,试验研究了等温正火工艺参数对锻造齿坯的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,锻造齿坯采用等温正火可获得均匀细小等轴状的珠光体和铁素体组织,硬度HB165~186且沿截面分布较均匀。
In this paper, the defects of ordinary normalizing for 20CrMnTi steel forged gear blanks were analyzed. The effects of isothermal normalizing parameters on the microstructure and properties of forged blanks were studied. The results show that isothermal normalizing can be used to obtain equal and fine equiaxed pearlite and ferrite structure. The hardness of HB165 ~ 186 is more uniform along the cross section.
