目的探讨不同冠状动脉(冠脉)病变程度的冠心病患者血清胎盘生长因子(PlGF)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及两者的相关性。方法选择2010年2月至2011年10月行冠脉造影的冠心病患者110例,根据冠脉造影结果,按照不同病变支数分为单支病变、双支病变和三支病变3组。另选30例健康体健者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清PlGF,采用超离子免疫透射比浊法检测hs-CRP,分析各组血清PlGF、hs-CRP水平及PlGF与hs-CRP的相关性。结果冠心病患者血清PlGF、hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组〔(13.06±4.05)vs(9.67±2.55)ng/L,P<0.01;(5.50±2.78)vs(3.54±1.01)mg/L,P<0.01〕。随着病变支数的增加,其血清PlGF、hs-CRP水平呈升高趋势,3组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清PlGF峰值水平与hs-CRP峰值水平呈正相关(r=0.816,P<0.01)。结论 PlGF、hs-CRP水平与冠脉病变程度有关,PlGF、hs-CRP共同参与了冠心病病变的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum placental growth factor (PlGF), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and their correlation in patients with coronary artery disease with different degree of coronary artery disease. Methods One hundred and ten patients with coronary artery disease who underwent coronary angiography from February 2010 to October 2011 were divided into three groups according to the results of coronary angiography according to the number of different lesions: single vessel type, double vessel type and triple vessel type. Another 30 healthy people were selected as the control group. Serum PlGF was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), hs-CRP was detected by ultra-ion immunoturbidimetry, and the correlation between P1GF, hs-CRP and PlGF and hs-CRP in each group was analyzed. Results The levels of PlGF and hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in the control group [(13.06 ± 4.05) vs (9.67 ± 2.55) ng / L, P <0.01 vs (5.50 ± 2.78 vs 3.54 ± 1.01 mg / L , P <0.01〕. The levels of P1GF and hs-CRP in serum increased with the increase of lesion count. The difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the level of serum PlGF and the level of hs-CRP (r = 0.816, P <0.01). Conclusions The levels of PlGF and hs-CRP are related to the severity of coronary lesions. PlGF and hs-CRP are involved in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
