目的:建立红腺忍冬叶抗氧化有效部位中多糖的含量测定方法,并对不同批次红腺忍冬叶抗氧化有效部位中的多糖含量进行测定及比较。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定总糖含量,3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定还原糖的含量,取两者差值为多糖含量,以测定红腺忍冬叶抗氧化有效部位中的多糖含量。结果:15批浙江产红腺忍冬叶水提液中多糖含量为5.045~12.348mg/mL,水提液30%乙醇沉淀后滤液中多糖含量为4.880~11.944mg/mL,水提液30%乙醇沉淀物中多糖含量为0.015~0.119mg/mL。结论:建立的多糖测定方法简单、准确、适用性良好,可用于红腺忍冬叶抗氧化有效部位中多糖含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determination of polysaccharides in the antioxidant active fractions of Lonicera macrophylla, and to determine and compare the content of polysaccharides in the antioxidant active fractions of Lonicera macrophylla in different batches. Methods: The content of total sugar was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and the content of reducing sugar was determined by 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid method. Results: The contents of polysaccharides in 15 batches of Zhejiang Lonicerae Japonicae aqueous extracts were 5.045 ~ 12.348mg / mL, the content of polysaccharides in the filtrate was 4.880 ~ 11.944mg / mL after 30% The polysaccharide content of the precipitate was 0.015 ~ 0.119mg / mL. Conclusion: The established polysaccharide determination method is simple, accurate, good applicability, and can be used for determination of polysaccharide content in antioxidant active parts of Lonicera macrophylla.
