安溪茶园土壤矿质元素质量分数与土壤母质关系较为密切.其中K、Al的质量分数是凝灰岩母质> 花岗岩母质> 第四纪红土母质;Fe、Mn、Zn 质量分数是凝灰岩母质> 第四纪红土母质> 花岗岩母质.土壤有效性的矿质元素与铁观音乌龙茶的生化品质存在着密切的相关.如土壤中的有效Zn,活性Al与速效P的比值与茶叶的氨基酸总量呈显著或极显著正相关;活性Mn 与茶多酚呈显著的正相关;速效P、活性Fe、活性Mn与水浸出物和总糖质量分数呈显著或极显著的正相关.
Anxi tea plantation soil mineral elemental mass fraction and soil parent material is more closely related. The mass fraction of K and Al is the tuff parent material> granite parent material> Quaternary red clay parent material; the mass fraction of Fe, Mn and Zn is the tuff parent material> Quaternary red clay parent material> granite parent material. There is a close correlation between the mineral elements of soil availability and the biochemical quality of Tieguanyin Oolong tea. For example, the ratios of available Zn, active Al and available P in tea soil were significantly or very significantly positively correlated with the total amount of amino acids in tea leaves. There was a significant positive correlation between active Mn and tea polyphenols; available P, active Fe, active Mn and water Extracts and total sugar content was significant or very significant positive correlation.
