妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇先兆子痫发生率升高,约为9.9%,而非糖尿病发生率仅4.3%。Ⅰ型糖尿病合并妊娠时先兆子痫发生率高达17%且随病情严重程度呈现升高趋势。有研究发现妊高征尿中血栓素A_2(TXA_2)代谢产物明显增高,提出增高TXA_2生物合成对妊高征发生起致病性作用。为研究不伴血管并发症的Ⅰ型糖尿病孕妇尿中TXA_2代谢产物(2,3-dinor-TXB_2,11-dehydro-TXB_2)含量与糖尿病孕妇的先兆子痫发生率增加的关系,收集孕28~30周Ⅰ型糖尿病不伴血管疾患也无先兆子痫的孕妇共24例;10例测定尿中2,3-dinor-TXB_2,
Pregnancy with diabetes increased the prevalence of preeclampsia in pregnant women by about 9.9%, compared to only 4.3% for non-diabetic subjects. The incidence of preeclampsia in type I diabetes mellitus with pregnancy is as high as 17% and shows an increasing trend with the severity of the disease. Studies have found that pregnancy-induced hypertension in thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2) metabolites were significantly elevated TXA 2 biosynthesis proposed pathogenesis of pregnancy-induced hypertension. To investigate the relationship between urinary TXA 2 metabolites (2,3-dinor-TXB_2,11-dehydro-TXB_2) and pre-eclampsia in diabetic pregnant women with type I diabetes mellitus without vascular complications, Twenty-four pregnant women with type 1 diabetes without angiopathy and without preeclampsia in 30 weeks, 10 cases with 2,3-dinor-TXB_2 in urine,
