目的:随着医学教育的改革,如何最大限度提升教学质量,做好专业技能型人才的培养是高职高专医学检验技术专业实验实训教学的出发点与落脚点。其在教学规划部署、教学技能考核、教学激励引导等方面进行改革。结果 :学生熟练掌握各项基础检验基础,奠定临床医学检验的技术基础,而且理论与实践相互融合,学生分析问题与解决问题的能力显著提升。结论:医学检验技术专业开展实验实训是基于时代背景与现实需求下的教学改革,满足了社会对专业技术人员的需求,对于提高学生的创新思维能力与实际技术应用能力具有重要意义,是实现检验人才培养的核心与关键。
Objective: With the reform of medical education, how to maximize the quality of teaching and how to cultivate professional skilled personnel are the starting point and the foothold of experimental teaching of medical laboratory technology in higher vocational schools. Its teaching planning and deployment, teaching skills assessment, teaching incentives and other aspects of reform. Results: Students mastered the foundations of basic examinations and laid the technical foundation of clinical medical examinations.
