目的:探讨经阴道三维彩色超声对子宫内膜息肉诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析73例经病理证实子宫内膜息肉患者的二维及三维彩色超声图像特征,并对结果进行分析。结果:73例子宫内膜息肉患者共检出141个病灶,二维彩色超声检出65例89个病灶,诊断符合率89.04%,病灶检出率63.12%;三维彩色超声检出72例128个病灶,诊断符合率98.63%,病灶检出率90.78%。结论:经阴道三维彩色超声在子宫息肉的诊断上具有无创、安全、诊断符合率和病灶检出率高等特点,值得推广。
