以抗溴氰菊酯品系家蝇 (Del- R)为试材 ,测定了 NIA对溴氰菊酯的增效作用 ,结果表明 :NIA对溴氰菊酯有极显著的增效作用。此后对 NIA的增效机理进行了研究 ,实验证明 :NIA可抑制家蝇体内羧酸酯酶的活性 ,I50 值分别为 2 .14(± 0 .2 2 )× 10 -7mol· L-1(α- NA)和 1.0 9(± 0 .39)× 10 -9mol· L-1(β- NA) ,NIA为 4 .2 0× 10 -4 mol· L-1时 ,其对多功能氧化酶的抑制率达 78.6 3(± 0 .13) % ;此外 ,NIA对神经靶标部位的 ACh E也有抑制作用 ,I50 值为2 .37(± 0 .6 9)× 10 -5mol· L-1。几方面综合作用的结果 ,使其表现出明显的增效效果。
The effect of NIA on deltamethrin was determined using Del-R resistant to deltamethrin. The results showed that NIA had a remarkable synergistic effect on deltamethrin. After that, the mechanism of synergism of NIA was studied. Experiments show that NIA can inhibit the activity of carboxylesterase in housefly, the I50 values are respectively 2.14 (± 0.22) × 10 -7 mol · L -1 ( α-NA) and 1.09 (± 0.39) × 10 -9 mol·L-1 (β-NA) and NIA was 4.2 × 10 -4 mol · L -1 The inhibitory rate reached 78.6 3 (± 0.13)%. In addition, NIA also inhibited the ACh E at the nerve target site, and the I50 value was 2.37 (± 0.96) × 10 -5 mol · L -1. Several aspects of the combined effect of the results so that it showed significant synergies.
