所谓分层教学,是指教师明确“以生为本”的教学理念,针对每个学生的具体学习情况制定适合的教学方案,挖掘学生的潜能,提高学生的学习水平,促进学生的全面发展。在当前农村篮球教学中,依然存在“一刀切”“大锅饭”的教学方式,学生缺乏学习积极性,无法达到预期的篮球教学目标。在此背景下,笔者结合多年篮球教学经验,并查阅相关文献资料,就农村篮球教学实施分层教学的作用进行分析探讨,并提出了相应的运用策略,以期挖掘学生
