[目的]了解深圳市民掌握营养知识的情况。[方法]从某餐饮连锁公司的64家分店中随机抽取用餐市民754人进行问卷调查和分析。[结果]“中国居民膳食指南”在被调查人员中的知晓率为36%。其中,不同文化程度、不同职业人群其知晓率和营养知识掌握情况不同,文化程度高、职业为医生、教师和学生的人群其知晓率较高。电视、广播和报刊、杂志是被调查者获得营养知识的较为重要的途径。[结论]公众营养知识宣传教育的普及程度不足,提示应加大对公众营养知识的宣传和教育。
[Objective] To understand the situation of Shenzhen residents to master nutrition knowledge. [Method] 754 people were randomly selected from 64 branches of a restaurant chain to conduct questionnaire survey and analysis. [Results] The awareness rate of the “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents” among the respondents was 36%. Among them, people of different educational level and different occupational groups have different levels of awareness and knowledge of nutritional knowledge. People with high education level and occupations as doctors, teachers and students have higher awareness rate. Television, radio and newspapers and magazines are the more important ways for respondents to obtain nutrition knowledge. [Conclusion] The popularization of public nutrition knowledge publicity and education is not enough, suggesting that publicity and education of public nutritional knowledge should be strengthened.
