受试验模型和天平结构等条件限制,目前高速风洞片式铰链力矩天平精准度不高,而且难以实现轴向力测量,影响试验数据质量。针对该问题,设计了多柱梁对称元件结构以及新型组合式电桥方案,研制出一种可以有效测量轴向力的四分量片式铰链力矩天平,并成功应用于某飞机模型舵面铰链力矩测力试验。校准数据以及试验结果表明,该天平精准度优于常规片式结构三分量片式天平,能有效提高试验数据质量,有很好的应用价值。
Due to the limitations of the test model and the balance structure, the accuracy of the high-speed wind-tunnel hinge moment balance is not high enough and the measurement of axial force is hard to be realized and the quality of test data is affected. In order to solve this problem, a multi-column and beam-symmetrical element structure and a new combined bridge scheme are designed. A four-piece hinge moment balance that can effectively measure the axial force is developed and applied successfully to the hinge moment Force test. The calibration data and test results show that the accuracy of the balance is better than the conventional three-piece balance of chip structure, which can effectively improve the quality of test data and has good application value.
