目的:建立HPLC法同时测定复方苯甲酸软膏中苯甲酸和水杨酸含量的方法。方法:使用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(78:22)[含十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTA)0.001 5 mol·L~(-1),用稀醋酸调pH至5],柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为280 nm。结果:苯甲酸和水杨酸的线性范围分别为:49.5~495.2μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.000),24.3~243.2μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.000);平均回收率分别为99.8%,99.9%;RSD分别为0.99%,0.87%。结论:该方法快速,简便,灵敏,分离度好,适用于控制产品质量。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment by HPLC. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (78:22) [cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (HDTA) 0.001, using a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 5 mol·L -1, adjusted to pH 5 with dilute acetic acid, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The linear ranges of benzoic acid and salicylic acid were 49.5 ~ 495.2μg · ml -1 (r = 1.000) and 24.3 ~ 243.2μg · ml -1 (r = 1.000) Rates were 99.8% and 99.9%, respectively; RSD was 0.99% and 0.87% respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and has good resolution and is suitable for controlling product quality.
