在中试规模下采用超滤膜处理供水厂的沉淀池出水,考察了供水厂原水水质期、混凝剂和助凝剂的种类、膜通量以及过滤周期等因素对膜污染的影响。结果表明,不同水质期的膜污染速度顺序为:低温低浊期>常温常浊期>高温高藻期;混凝剂及助凝剂的种类和投量对膜污染有一定的影响;膜通量越小、过滤周期越短,则膜比通量下降速率和衰减速率越小,膜污染速度越慢。
In the pilot scale, the ultrafiltration membrane was used to treat the effluent from the sedimentation tank of the water supply plant. The effects of factors such as the quality of raw water, the type of coagulant and coagulant, the membrane flux and the filtration period on the membrane fouling were investigated. The results showed that the order of membrane fouling in different water quality stages was: low temperature and low turbidity period> normal temperature and turbidity period> high temperature and high algae period; the types and dosage of coagulant and coagulant had certain influence on membrane fouling; The smaller the amount, the shorter the filtration period, the lower the membrane specific flux decay rate and decay rate, the slower the membrane fouling.
