目的了解作为正常人天然自身抗体一部分的抗角蛋白自身抗体群的免疫化学特性.方法用一组角蛋白对正常人血清IgG抗角蛋白抗体进行了免疫印迹分析.结果所分析的21份正常人血清均可识别至少一种角蛋白成分,可区分出14种反应性模式.3份合并血清的反应性模式高度均一.结论血清抗角蛋白抗体普遍存在,但对角蛋白的反应性在人群中呈高度异质性.不同个体血清可互补.角蛋白、抗角蛋白系统可能是天然自身抗体研究的一个理想模式系统.
Objective To understand the immunochemical properties of the anti-keratin autoantibodies that are part of the normal human natural autoantibodies.Methods Immunohistochemical analysis of normal human serum IgG anti-keratin antibodies using a panel of keratin was performed.Results The analysis of 21 normal subjects Serum were able to identify at least one keratin component, distinguishable 14 kinds of reactivity patterns.The reactivity patterns of the 3 pooled sera were highly uniform Conclusion Serum anti-keratin antibodies are ubiquitous but reactivity to keratin is in the human population Heterogeneous heterogeneity of different individuals can complement each other serum, keratin, anti-keratin protein system may be the natural system of autoantibodies an ideal model.
