随着现代教育改革的深入和教育事业的发展,传统的学生管理模式逐渐被各种新型管理模式所取代,将学生作为学校人本管理的核心,对学生人格、主人翁地位和权利充分的尊重,进而调动学生的创造性、自觉性和主动性,把学生的才能最大化的发挥出来,使得学生的基本价值得到完美的体现,进一步的提高教学质量。基于此前提,口语交际的培养也逐渐成为了成为了中学生管理的内在本质要求,为各校中学生管理提供了全新的视点。对整个教育事业的发展也有着至关重要的深远影响。本文通过牛津初中英语教学中学生交际能力的培养问题进行研究,以期为教育事业的发展提供相应的帮助。
With the deepening of modern education reform and the development of education, the traditional mode of student management has gradually been replaced by various new management models. Students are regarded as the core of school-based management of human beings and have full respect for the personality, masters status and rights of students. So as to mobilize the creativity, consciousness and initiative of students and maximize the students’ talents so that the basic values of students can be perfectly reflected and the quality of teaching further improved. Based on this premise, the training of oral communication has gradually become the inherent essential requirement of the management of secondary school students, providing a new perspective for the management of middle school students in each school. It also has a crucial and far-reaching impact on the development of education as a whole. This paper studies the cultivation of communicative competence of students in Oxford junior high school English teaching in order to provide corresponding help for the development of education.
