由废气中捕集的窑灰用不同方法返回窑灰时热强化率对窑工作的影响热强化率或增加窑中散发的热量,即增加窑的热能,能提高废气温度、窑的产能和增加窑灰量损失;在该种情况下,于低强化率区内单位热耗变低,通过最低值和在高强化区内又增大.表8以及向燃烧带返回窑灰的图5a和向挂链带返回窑灰的图5δ上列举的计算结果即是这种情况的佐证.在后一种情况下,尚未达到单位热耗的极值。
