对上海市浦东新区2015年全年农药使用情况进行了调查,摸清了用药总量、用药类别、针对主要病虫害的用药量、植保器械使用情况等现状,找出了农户散户综合防治措施难以落实到位、用药不够科学、新型药剂及绿色防控新技术应用面有待扩大、亟需加快植保器械更新换代步伐等存在的困难和问题。2016年在此基础上采取了改进措施,通过一年实践,减量控害效果明显。
