公共图书馆是由政府提供资金支持和管理服务的免费为公众提供图书阅读的图书馆,公共图书馆在一定程度上能够代表反映出国家文化发展的水平。公共图书馆是一个公益性质的文化机构,是一个国家文化科技水平的重要标志,是人民群众的提升精神文明的重要窗口。尤其是在科学经济水平日益发达的今天,人们对于精神文明的需要日益增加,而公共图书馆对于提升人们的精神文明提供了一个十分重要的渠道。然而,随着科学技术的不断发展,广大读者阅读的渠道也在不断的发生着改变。当前,公共图书馆因为传统管理理念以及思维方式的原因,在管理服务方面还存在着某些问题,因此,公共图书馆在管理方面需要做一些创新,提高其服务质量,充分发挥其真正的社会价值。本文对我国公共图书馆的管理现状以及管理中存在的问题进行总结,同时分析讨论如何对我国公共图书馆管理进行创新。
Public library is provided by the government to provide free financial support and management services for the public library to read books, public libraries to some extent to represent the level of development reflects the national culture. Public library is a commonweal cultural institution, an important symbol of a country’s level of science and technology, and an important window for the people to elevate spiritual civilization. Especially in today’s increasingly advanced scientific and economic level, people are increasingly in need of spiritual civilization, and public libraries provide a very important channel for promoting people’s spiritual civilization. However, with the continuous development of science and technology, the channels through which readers read are constantly changing. At present, because of the traditional management concepts and ways of thinking, public libraries still have some problems in managing services. Therefore, public libraries need to make some innovations in management so as to improve their service quality and give full play to their true society value. This article summarizes the current situation of our country’s public library management as well as the problems existing in the management, meanwhile analyzes and discusses how to innovate our country’s public library management.
