我国钢铁工业从上世纪中期开始发展,逐步进行改革,引进许多自动化系统,不仅提高作业率,开发钢材新品种,同时还减少生产故障率。在“十二五”期间国家对钢铁行业提出新的节能减排目标和更高的产品质量要求,因此实现钢铁自动化生产和控制更是迫在眉睫。首先介绍了我国冶金自动化的发展现状,然后分析自动化技术在冶金生产中的运用,最后阐述工业以太网在实现冶金自动化中不去取代的地位。
Since the middle of the last century, China’s steel industry has been developing, gradually carrying out reforms and introducing many automated systems to not only improve the operating rate and develop new steel products, but also reduce the production failure rate. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the state proposed new energy-saving and emission reduction targets and higher product quality requirements for the steel industry. Therefore, it is imperative to realize the automated production and control of steel products. First of all, it introduces the development status of metallurgical automation in our country, and then analyzes the application of automation technology in metallurgy production. Finally, it states that Industrial Ethernet can not replace the metallurgy automation.
