The problem of Somali pirates is getting worse day by day. In order to redeem the hijacked ships and cargoes, the shipkeepers usually choose to pay the ransom of pirates in return for possession of the cargoes. So, after the payment of a ransom, the ways through which the ship can get compensation will be the main issues discussed in this article.
