目的:明确金银花上的棉铃虫、金银花尺蠖2种害虫的病原真菌的分类地位,为寻找对药材鳞翅目害虫有高毒力的病原真菌提供材料。方法:通过分生孢子分离、培养,从受真菌侵染死亡的金银花鳞翅目害虫体表分离获得昆虫病原真菌,依据真菌的形态特征和ITS序列特征对其进行鉴定。结果:从12份受真菌感染死亡的幼虫体表分离到12株形态特征一致的真菌,依据形态特征和ITS序列特征将其鉴定为莱氏野村菌Nomurea rileyi。结论:莱氏野村菌为金银花尺蠖及棉铃虫两种金银花鳞翅目害虫的一种病原真菌,因其能够在某些鳞翅目害虫间形成流行病,对防治药材害虫具有应用潜力。
OBJECTIVE: To clarify the taxonomic status of pathogenic fungi of two kinds of insects, H. armigera and Honeysuckle fimbriatus on honeysuckle, and provide material for searching pathogenic fungi with high virulence to Lepidoptera pests. Methods: Entomopathogenic fungi were isolated from the surface of the lepidopteran insects infected by fungi isolated from conidia, and their fungi were identified according to their morphological and ITS sequences. Results: Twelve morphologically identical fungi were isolated from the surface of 12 fungal-infected larvae and identified as Nomurea rileyi according to their morphological and ITS sequences. Conclusion: Lactarius is a pathogenic fungus of two species of Lonicera japonica Thunbergii and Helicoverpa armigera. Because of its ability to form epidemic disease between some lepidopteran pests, it has potential application in the prevention and treatment of medicinal pests.
