目的:比较甘肃不同产地款冬花药材的质量。方法:按《中国药典》方法,测定不同产地的款冬花药材纯度;采用高效液相色谱法,测量样品的芦丁含量,色谱条件:甲醇-1%冰醋酸(36:64)作流动相,流速1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长257 nm。结果:不同产地款冬花的纯度指标有明显差异。芦丁的线性范围0.109～0.545μg,r=0.996 7。平均回收率98.6%,RSD为1.2%。结论:测定结果能为款冬花药材质量评价提供依据。
Objective: To compare the quality of coltsfoot flowers in different producing areas in Gansu Province. Methods: According to the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” method to determine the purity of Coltsfoot flowers from different areas; using high performance liquid chromatography, measuring the rutin content of the sample, chromatographic conditions: methanol - 1% glacial acetic acid (36:64) as the mobile phase, The flow rate was 1.0ml·min~(-1) and the detection wavelength was 257 nm. Results: There were significant differences in the purity indexes of Coltsfoot from different regions. The linear range of rutin is 0.109-0.545 μg, r=0.996 7. The average recovery rate was 98.6% and the RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion: The results can provide a basis for quality evaluation of Coltsfoot flower.
