进入2009年以来,北京市二手住宅交易量呈现逐月回升态势,第一季度二手房交易量同比增长101.04%。同时,3月期房商品住宅成交套数环比大涨了72.1%,现房商品住宅成交套数环比也上涨了23.6%,楼市一片回暖态势。关于楼市是否真正回暖的话题也引发了社会的普遍关注。本刊采访了几位房地产界的资深人士,他们从不同角度发表了对我国房地产市场的现状以及发展趋势的看法,希望能够给读者在房地产投资过程中带来有益启示。
Since 2009, the transaction volume of second-hand residential properties in Beijing showed a month-by-month upward trend, with the volume of second-hand housing transactions in the first quarter increased by 101.04% over the same period of previous year. In the meantime, the monthly sales volume of commodity housing in March rose 72.1% MoM while that of current commodity residential properties rose 23.6% QoQ.
