通过对龙岩市214份浅层地下水pH值对微生物含量影响的分析,其二次抛物线拟合提示:在pH为7.33时,细菌总数含量最高(极顶点),Y=222个/ml。根据极顶点,pH<7.33时,pH值与细菌总数呈正相关;pH>7.33时,pH值与细菌总数呈负相关;pH值与细菌总数的复相关系数为0.671,相关关系密切;经方差分析,方差比为12.676,概率为0.001,P<0.01,有显著性差异。在pH为7.89时,总大肠菌群含量最高(极顶点),Y=855个/L。根据极顶点,pH<7.89时,pH值与总大肠菌群呈正相关;pH>7.89时,pH值与总大肠菌群呈负相关;pH值与总大肠菌群的复相关系数为0.519,相关关系密切;经方差分析,方差比为5.849,概率为0.007,P<0.01,有显著性差异。
