近年来,电视剧创作越来越贴近社会现实生活,荧屏上出现了一批具有思想性、现实性与观赏性的“犯罪题材电视剧”。所谓“犯罪题材电视剧”是指包括刑侦、破案、反腐倡廉在内的一系列涉及犯罪题材的电视剧的总称。在这些电视剧当中,犯罪与反犯罪成为一种突出的叙事主题,并涉及到诸多观众普遍关注的社会焦点问题,进而受到观众的青睐与各界的注意。为了增强艺术创作与理论研究之间的横向联系,扩展艺术批评对现实创作的积极影响,中国艺术研究院影视研究所于2003年12月5日在北京召开了“犯
