本文对铁镍基合金──新804 铸造合金进行了性能研究,使用金相显微镜、X 射线衍射仪、电子探针仪、扫描电镜研究了合金的金相组织,析出相的化学成分及断 口的微观形貌;采用拉伸和冲击试验测定了合金的机械性能,利用多种耐蚀试验方 法,研究了合金的耐蚀性能。试验结果表明:合金的金相组织为奥氏休和Z相;合金 有良好的机械性能;在高温(142-150℃)烧碱介质条件下,均匀腐蚀速度为一级, 晶间腐蚀倾向极小,是目前制作抗高温烧碱泵的较好材料。
In this paper, the performance of Fe-Ni alloy, a new 804 cast alloy, was investigated. The microstructure of the alloy, the chemical composition of the precipitated phase and the fracture surface were studied by metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction, electron probe and scanning electron microscope The mechanical properties of the alloy were measured by tensile and impact tests. The corrosion resistance of the alloy was studied by various corrosion tests. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the alloy is austenitic and Z phase; the alloy has good mechanical properties; under the condition of high temperature (142-150 ℃) caustic soda medium, the uniform corrosion rate is first order and the intergranular corrosion tendency is very small , Is the production of high temperature caustic soda pump better material.
