有人说人际关系是领导领域的漩涡,组织部长则身处漩涡的中心。我是1985年12月任县委组织部长的,对此颇有感受。人际关系是社交活动的基础,沟通则是编织人际关系的链带。组织部长的成功与否,很大程度上在于如何掌握和运用好沟通艺术。实施积极的人际关系行为模式,才有可能成为察人选才的行家里手,成为党委“调兵遣将”的参谋助手,成为“严”而有“导”的管理者。
Some people say that interpersonal relations are the whirlwinds in the field of leadership while the organization ministers are at the center of the whirlpool.
