在几台三相桥式反并联无环流可控硅供电装置的调试中,都遇到了由于可控硅元件的断态临界电压上升率过低,发生换相正向电压上升率造成本桥以及反并联结线中他矫误触发的情况。严重时使可控硅装置不能工作,甚至不得不全部更换可控硅元件。本文仅就这一问题做一粗浅分析。
