本文从妇幼卫生工作临床与保健密不可分的特点出发,分析了目前普遍实行的保健和临床业务人员轮换的弊端.对妇幼卫生机构建立具有懂临床的保健队伍和懂保健的临床队伍的问题进行了探讨.提出了实行临床和保健业务人员专业定向;选拔有一定临床经验的妇产科、儿科医务人员经过适当培训后定向从事保健工作;让妇幼卫生专业学生首先从事一定时间临床工作以及对临床业务人员进行在职保健知识继续教育和完善保健人员进修制度的具体措施.
This article starts from the inseparable characteristics of clinical and health care for maternity and child health work and analyzes the shortcomings of the currently practiced rotation of health care and clinical staff.
