本文拟从替代国制度的国际法依据为切入点,通过对欧美等国关于替代国制度的探讨,对替代国制度的合理性提出质疑。
This article intends to start from the basis of the international law of the system of alternative countries as an entry point and questions the rationality of the system of alternative countries by discussing the system of alternative countries in Europe and the United States.
