一、方案提出的主要内容(一)方案提出背景。水是地球的生命之源,没有了水,人类和自然界的动物都无法生存。我们也不会拥有现在如此繁荣的大家园,地球被称为水球,但我们都知道,看似源源不断的水流中,真正能被人类利用的淡水却少得可怜。特别是人类生产、生活中在利用水的同时,也给水资源带来了污染和浪费,而水资源的一再短缺也日益威胁着人类的生存和发展。因此,人类必须合理有效的保护水资源。中学生对水的认识仅限于水的用处很大,他们却很少了解淡水资源的紧缺与水污染的严重性。在中学阶段更应开展节约水和保护水的环保活动,培养青少年保护水资源与保护环境的意识。将节水变为自己自觉的行为并走向社会,这一活动主题的开展也具有长远利益,有助于提高全民族的环保意识和素质,造福人类,把绿色带进21世纪。
First, the program proposed the main contents of (a) the program proposed the background. Water is the source of life on earth. Without water, animals of both human and nature can not survive. We do not have the homeland so prosperous right now. The Earth is called a water polo, but we all know that the seemingly steady flow of fresh water is really pitifully utilized by mankind. Especially in human production and life, while using water, it also brings pollution and waste to water resources. Repeated shortages of water resources also increasingly threaten the survival and development of mankind. Therefore, mankind must reasonably and effectively protect water resources. Secondary school students’ awareness of water is limited to water. However, they seldom know the shortage of fresh water and the seriousness of water pollution. At the secondary stage, environmental protection activities should be carried out to conserve water and protect water, so as to cultivate young people’s awareness of protecting water resources and protecting the environment. It will also be of long-term interest to carry forward the theme of water-saving activities to society. This will help raise the environmental awareness and quality of the entire nation, bring benefits to mankind, and bring green to the 21st century.
