换届选举是一项法律性很强的工作,必须依法办事。但是在实际工作中,有些问题法律也没有作出明确的规定,不好操作。这里就实践中遇到的几个法律问题作一探讨。一、选民登记县乡两级人大代表换届选举时,因工作需要,本级会有一些干部应选举为代表。如果都在工作单位所在地选举,则大都在一个选区,不符合法律关于每一代表所代表的选民要大体相等这一法律规定。于是在实践操作中,把干部代表派到下面的选区去参加选
