本文研究了精密丝杠离子氮化前的处理工艺与氮化工艺对变形的影响。上述工艺合理配合能使产品合格率达９５％左右。
In this paper, the treatment of the pre-nitriding and the nitriding process on the deformation of the precision lead screw were studied. Reasonable with the above process can make the product pass rate of about 95%.
