本文论述了目前世界钢轨材质及强度级的现状及发展趋势。用大量数据论证了当前世界铁路线路上,普碳轨仍占主导地位,指出在发展高强钢轨的同时,如何进一步提高普碳轨的质量,从而提高钢轨耐磨性及使用寿命仍然是一个不容忽视的课题。 作者进一步对110kgf/mm~2钢轨的生产提出了自己的看法。认为,从世界发展趋势来看,110kgf/mm~2钢轨的生产应以热处理强化为主,并用大量数据论证了热处理强化钢轨比合金强化钢轨的优越之处。并对热处理强化所用材质提出了建议,对其优点进行了分析,用国内外实例加以论证。
This article discusses the present situation and development trend of the world rail material and strength class. The author further puts forward his own view on the production of 110kgf / mm ~ 2 rails.
