我国劳动法实施至今已有20年,其间未作修改。虽然全国人大常委会制定了劳动合同法、劳动争议调解仲裁法等多项与劳动法配套的法律,但随着时代的发展,劳动关系越来越复杂,劳动法已不适应现实的要求。专家呼吁,应从完善集体协商和集体合同制度、加强劳动仲裁与诉讼程序的衔接、建立劳动安全卫生预防机制等方面修改完善劳动法,以适应新形势下调整劳动关系的需要。
It has been 20 years since the implementation of our labor law, with no amendment made in the meantime. Although the NPC Standing Committee has enacted laws on labor contract law and the labor dispute mediation and arbitration law that governs labor law, with the development of the times, labor relations have become more and more complicated, and the labor law has failed to meet the real requirements. Experts urged that the labor law should be amended and perfected in order to perfect the system of collective bargaining and collective contract, strengthen the linkage between labor arbitration and litigation procedures, and establish the mechanism for prevention and control of labor, safety and health so as to meet the needs of adjusting labor relations under the new situation.
