针对硬磁盘驱动器中磁头定位两级伺服控制系统 ,利用宽度弯曲振动模式 ,设计并制备了分割电极型压电复合磁头悬浮臂。研究了复合磁头悬浮臂的动态位移特性、动态频响特性 ,以及它对读出信号脉冲幅值的影响。结果表明 :2 0 V正弦电压激励下可获得的动态位移幅值约为 1μm ;其固有谐振频率达 6 .3 k Hz,满足高密度硬磁盘对两级伺服控制系统的基本要求。
Aiming at the two-stage servo control system of head positioning in hard disk drive, the split-electrode piezoelectric composite head suspension arm is designed and prepared by using the width bending vibration mode. The dynamic displacement characteristics, dynamic frequency response characteristics and the effect on dynamic pulse amplitude of the composite head suspension are studied. The results show that the amplitude of dynamic displacement is about 1μm under the excitation of 20 V sinusoidal voltage and the inherent resonant frequency reaches 6.3 k Hz, which meets the basic requirements of high-density hard disk for two-stage servo control system.
