太佳宝塔山隧道出口右洞K110+935处掌子面出现断层带,围岩主要为泥加碎石夹层,风化严重,无法封闭,大量塌落,并且右侧水量较大,后来塌方,塌腔高度8m,纵向长度12m,出水流量约0.01m2/s~0.02m2/s。地表处理采用Φ108大管棚架设通过塌空区、φ50小导管注浆加固、钢拱架加密配合φ50小导管环向加固、塌腔处预留管道,后期泵送粉煤灰等轻质填充料等施工技术,成功通过了塌方段。文章就相关技术作了介绍。
