本文观察了不同浓度的普鲁卡因胺对家兔和豚鼠血小板聚集的影响。 体外实验 家兔6只,心脏取血;豚鼠16只,分成8组(每2只一组),颈动脉放血。分别制备PRP(富含血小板血浆)和PPP(去血小板血浆)。取7只比浊管,各加入0.5mlPRP和搅拌棒;第一管加入50μl生理盐水,另6支试管分别加入不同浓度的普鲁卡因胺50μl,最终浓度(μg/ml)为2、8、32、128、512和2048。同时每组都取0.5mlPPP放入另一支比浊管内置于血小板聚集仪的恒温孔内37℃温育10分钟,描记光密度曲线;待基线平稳后向PRP管加入50μl ADP液(最终浓度为0.01mM),描记出光密度下降曲线,以曲线的下降值(mm)来衡量血小板聚集强度,进行t测
This article observed the effects of different concentrations of procainamide on platelet aggregation in rabbits and guinea pigs.
