医院优化人力资源的重要措施之一便是实现后勤社会化,实现后勤服务社会化有利于促进人力资源结构的优化,减少服务成本。目前还未形成特定的改革模式,需要医院自身进行多样化探索,才能逐步实现后勤服务社会化,从而促进工作效率的提高,为医院的发展提高有效保障。
